Ancient Software- Awful!!

Our organization has Panopto, and it is a terribly outdated, awful software program that is not at all intuitive. Surprised anyone would use it. There are no current tutorials, support (if you get it), is not at all helpful (or concerned), and unless you use an old Windows PC, it will feel like you are in 1995. A basically light, buggy version of a horrific desktop/laptop version that is one of the worst software programs I have seen in years.
